Pricing and Payment
- All pricing is provided in advance and is final unless circumstances change
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Additional fees may apply for special handling or disposal requirements
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about items for removal
- Ensuring safe access to removal areas
- Removing personal items and valuables before service
- Being present or available during scheduled service times
Eco-Friendly Practices
We are committed to environmental responsibility:
- Items are sorted for reuse, recycling, and proper disposal
- We offer purchase options for reusable items
- We minimize landfill waste through responsible disposal practices
Insurance and Liability
JunkForce is fully insured and bonded. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect our customers and employees during service operations.
Cancellation Policy
